Baking Chocolate 70% 16 oz. dark chocolate pastilles of Ecuador origin blended with Dominican Republic or Peruvian origins. Balanced toasted and fruity notes for baking, melting, glazing, candy-making and more. Use in recipes that require dark or bittersweet chocolate for a rich, deep flavor and smooth, glossy melt

Cocoa Powder 22-24% cocoa butter 12 oz. pure, unsweetened 100% cocoa powder from Vinces, Ecuador with notably high natural cocoa butter content and a deep mahogany hue. Use for rich, sooth results that boost the colors, flavors and moistness of your pastries, cakes, cookies, sauces, spice blends, ice creams and sorbets

Cacao Nibs 100% 12 oz. cacao beans that are lightly roasted, winnowed and crushed, crispy and crunchy with loads of rich unsweetened chocolate flavor. Use for baking and decoration (sprinkle on top of cookies, cupcakes, salads, etc), and for culinary, pastry and chocolate making. With an intense flavor of bitter cocoa, toasted notes and a very slight acidity
