A brick of blended Latin American dark & creamy milk chocolate chocolate ganache enriched with tangy Vermont chèvre, Singing Cedars Apiaries raw honey, & a whiff of organically grown dried french lavender blossoms, creating a nuanced and balanced spread that hits tasty bottom, middle & top flavor notes on its own, and pairs with so many of your favorite wines, cheeses, beers and condiments for an out-of-this-world taste experience.

Inspired by a much-loved hors d’oeuvre recipe that Dar created for gatherings when she first moved to Vermont and was blown away by local goat cheeses, the Mont Vert Pâté Chocolat was born, ready to simply slice and enjoy on a baguette with a glass of rosé!

PLEASE NOTE chocolate charcuterie is packed with ice packs, but you must be present when the shipment arrives to avoid leaving the package out in a warm area, and to store them in your refrigerator as soon as possible.

If the ice pack arrives melted don’t worry, that’s normal. As long as the chocolates are not melted and the charcuterie is not warm to the touch they are ok!

Chocolate charcuterie are best consumed within 8 weeks of their creation and must be refrigerated. Store chocolate charcuterie at 41ºF or cooler. We recommend storing chocolate charcuterie in an air-tight container or re-sealable freezer bag in your refrigerator to keep humidity at bay.
