Our savory and piquant Soppressata Piccanté is a hand-rolled vegetarian sliceable dark chocolate ganache log made with organic garlic from High Meadows Farm that is cooked for 250+ hours on low heat to create sweet, plummy, mellow black garlic, Hungarian chili peppers from Deep Meadow Farm, sliced California almonds and a lot of rich, delicious Vermont dairy for a many-layered umami, sweet and spicy flavor experience like no other. Enjoy on its own, or pair with a wide variety of wine, craft beer, cheeses, roasted nuts, chutneys and jams for an adventurous tastebud journey. Dusted with cocoa powder & wrapped up in kraft butcher paper & twine to look like the real (but better!) thing.

PLEASE NOTE chocolate charcuterie is packed with ice packs so we can ship during warm seasons, but you must be present when the shipment arrives to avoid leaving the package out in a warm area, and to store them in your refrigerator as soon as possible.
If the ice pack arrives melted don’t worry, that’s normal. As long as the chocolates are not melted and the charcuterie is not warm to the touch they are ok!
