Sugar on Snow is a beloved New England tradition, where boiled maple syrup is poured on fresh snow so its taffy-like consistency can be twisted onto a stick and enjoyed straight up.
We make our Sugar on Snow bar with creamy cocoa butter white chocolate from Ecuador sprinkled with Vermont maple sugar nuggets from nearby Bunker Farm and smoked sea salt. Transport yourself to a wood-fired sugar shack in the forest. Visions of ice skating, outdoor bonfires and steaming cups of hot cocoa abound!
Each 1 oz bar or 3 oz tablet is wrapped in compostable clear cellophane with a slender ivory band.

Solid chocolate bars are at their optimal flavor and texture if consumed within 3 months of their creation, and can be stored and enjoyed for up to 6 months. Store chocolate bonbons in a dark, cool, dry place, best temperatures between 60-70ºF.
