Floral Amber



This lovely translucent hard candy is made with fresh locally gathered black locust blossoms soon after they are snipped from the tree. Their delicate scent perfumes this crisp confection with a toothy chew, dusted with a bit of organic powdered sugar and looking similar to an ancient piece of amber with beautiful blossoms trapped inside.

The last photo shows the glass before I coated it with a thin layer of powdered sugar.

One ounce of candy glass shards packaged in a clear compostable bag, to break up and let slowly melt on your tongue.

Chocolate bonbons are best stored in a cool, dry, dark place, best temperature between 60-75ºF. We do not recommend refrigeration unless absolutely necessary. Chocolate bonbons are at their optimal flavor and texture if consumed within 2 weeks of their creation, and can be stored and enjoyed for up to 2 months.
