The darkest truffle we make, an unsweetened 100% single origin dark chocolate from the Dominican Republic is blended with Vermont butter to create an intense dark ganache, the bitterness of the chocolate balanced with beautiful acidic fruit and leathery notes, and a thin coating of 70% dark chocolate for just a hint of sweetness. Deep, dark and smooth.

Our chocolate bonbons are made without preservatives and the freshest, finest ingredients, many sourced from the fields and forests of Vermont. With this in mind many are made to order, so please allow three to five business days for us to make them before we ship them out to you!
