Description

The creamiest, most delicious combo of umami and bittersweet, blue cheese and chocolate are surprisingly complementary flavors that combine to create a slightly nutty-tasting and deep, rich chocolate-y experience. You have to try it to believe it!

Our Blue Hour Pâté Chocolat is made with deep dark chocolate, tangy and buttery Vermont Bayley Hazen Blue blue cheese, a dash of smoked sea salt, and bourbon barrel aged Vermont maple syrup from nearby Bunker Farm.

Simply slice or slather on a baguette, with a side of figs if you wish, and enjoy with a wide variety of refreshments like rich chocolate stout or a glass of brandy, whiskey, single malts, bourbon, a cup of black tea or fortified wines like port, madeira and sherry.

We are proud to say our Bleu Hour Pâté Chocolat was recognized as a Good Food Awards Finalist.

PLEASE NOTE chocolate charcuterie is packed with ice packs so we can ship during warm seasons, but you must be present when the shipment arrives to avoid leaving the package out in a warm area, and to store them in your refrigerator as soon as possible.

If the ice pack arrives melted don’t worry, that’s normal. As long as the chocolates are not melted and the charcuterie is not warm to the touch they are ok!
