These adorable and appetizing little guys are made with maple-cayenne-almond stuffed medjool dates and slivered almond “tentacles”. We dip them in dark Ecuadorian chocolate that pools in back like the little trail their namesakes leave behind as they make their way around.
One sweet little slug is packaged in a clear compostable bag with a sticker that lists the ingredients.

Chocolate bonbons are best stored in a cool, dry, dark place, best temperature between 60-75ºF. We do not recommend refrigeration unless absolutely necessary. Chocolate bonbons are at their optimal flavor and texture if consumed within 2 weeks of their creation, and can be stored and enjoyed for up to 2 months.
