This batch: locally gathered black locust blossom

These lovely seasonal delights are based on traditional French pâté de fruits, but made with edible flowers and herbs from our garden and forages in nearby forests. Each jelly has a delicate, light flavor and pleasing chew with a slight crunch from the organic raw can sugar coating.

Each pack of four is packaged in a clear compostable bag with a sticker that lists the ingredients.

Our confections are made without preservatives and the freshest, finest ingredients, many sourced from the fields and forests of Vermont.

Chocolate bonbons are best stored in a cool, dry, dark place, best temperature between 60-75ºF. We do not recommend refrigeration unless absolutely necessary. Chocolate bonbons are at their optimal flavor and texture if consumed within 2 weeks of their creation, and can be stored and enjoyed for up to 2 months.
