Limited Edition Beet Cassis Gems

Our take on red velvet, ruby red beet juice is reduced with Putney Mountain Winery’s local berry cassis and folded into 70% dark chocolate and cultured butter ganache. We pipe this into sparkly, crisp gems and dust the bottom with beet and raspberry powder for a luxurious treat, bumping up the richness of the chocolate with an earthy hint and just a touch of berry.

4 bonbons packaged in a petit square kraft box wrapped with an ivory band.

Our chocolate bonbons are made without preservatives and the freshest, finest ingredients, many sourced from the fields and forests of Vermont.

Chocolate Base Ingredients:
dark chocolate (cocoa liquor, pure cane sugar, panela, cocoa butter, soy or sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla)
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soybeans)
Other Ingredients: fresh organic ruby beets, berry wine, beet powder, freeze dried raspberry powder, cultured Vermont butter
Allergen info: contains soy/sunflower, dairy
Made in a facility that processes nuts, wheat, dairy, soy
People who are allergic to nuts should not eat our chocolates

Chocolate bonbons are best stored in a cool, dry, dark place, best temperature between 60-75ºF. We do not recommend refrigeration unless absolutely necessary. Chocolate bonbons are at their optimal flavor and texture if consumed within 2 weeks of their creation, and can be stored and enjoyed for up to 2 months.
