We love to follow local ingredients through the seasons and use them in recipes to create singular, ephemeral bonbons with creative (and always delicious!) flavor combinations. These little beauties do not stay around very long, so join us in the journey with these current bites:

Deep Mint Leaves This is definitely our favorite time of the year, when our herb garden is going strong and the flavors of the plants are bright and strong. Our Deep Mint Leaves are crisp dark chocolate shells filled with a bittersweet chocolate ganache infused with freshly snipped chocolate mint and peppermint from our garden, and for this iteration paired with zesty lemon thyme from our garden, too. The resulting flavor is a deep, herbal, minty delight.

Our chocolate bonbons are made without preservatives and the freshest, finest ingredients, many sourced from the fields and forests of Vermont. With this in mind many are made to order, so please allow three to five business days for us to make them before we ship them out to you!

dark chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla)

Chocolate bonbons are best stored in a cool, dry, dark place, best temperature between 60-75ºF. We do not recommend refrigeration unless absolutely necessary. Chocolate bonbons are at their optimal flavor and texture if consumed within 2 weeks of their creation, and can be stored and enjoyed for up to 2 months.
