Description

We are SO EXCITED about these. Inspired by that mysterious phenomenon in arctic skies, our Northern Lights bar is deep dark chocolate with the cool, bright, green flavors of the north flecked with sparkling salt “stars” creating a delicious nighttime tableau.

Growing up in the St. Lawrence Valley Dar’s parents would wake her up and she and her siblings would find lawn chairs set up with blankets in the back yard so they could stay cozy and watch the columns of hazy white lights move across the star-dappled night sky. Later when she lived in Northern Sweden just below the arctic circle Dar was able to see the bright greenish hue of the aurora borealis move across the horizon like a ghostly caravan. These awe-inspiring memories brought to mind the sharp, clean flavors of the north, and we just knew we had to make a bar in homage.
