Limited Edition Chocolate Bars - Sugar on Snow



Springlike weather is here in New England, and the sap is flowing. To celebrate maple season, we made a bar with creamy cocoa butter white chocolate from Ecuador sprinkled with Vermont maple sugar nuggets from nearby Bunker Farm and smoked sea salt. Transport yourself to a wood-fired sugar shack in the forest@

Each 1 oz bar or 3 oz tablet is wrapped in compostable clear cellophane with a handwritten ivory band.

Ingredients: white chocolate (refined sugar, cacao butter, cocoa beans, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soybeans)
Other Ingredients: Maple Sugar Nuggets (maple syrup), smoked salt
Made in a facility that processes nuts, wheat, dairy, soy
People who are allergic to nuts should not eat our chocolates

Solid chocolate bars are at their optimal flavor and texture if consumed within 3 months of their creation, and can be stored and enjoyed for up to 6 months. Store chocolate bonbons in a dark, cool, dry place, best temperatures between 60-70ºF.
