Our Chocolate Geology Box is a collection of five rock and mineral-inspired solid chocolate bonbons with nuts, salts and cacao nibs for a toothsome range of textures and flavors. Each hand-stamped box is filled with the following deliciousness:
- 61% dark chocolate geode with Sugar Bob’s Smoked Vermont Maple Syrup candied walnut, hazelnut, almond & pecan
- 73% dark chocolate fleur de sel tile
- 31% cocoa butter white chocolate granite with cashew & Atlantic Saltworks sea salt
- 43% milk chocolate schist with cacao nib & red hawaiian sea salt
- dark milk chocolate and white chocolate swirled marble cube

Solid chocolate bonbons are best stored in a cool, dry, dark place, best temperature between 60-75ºF. We do not recommend refrigeration unless absolutely necessary. Solid chocolate bonbons are at their optimal flavor and texture if consumed within 3 months of their creation, and can be stored and enjoyed for up to 6 months.
