Crisp dark chocolate domes filled with 70% dark chocolate ganache blended with High Meadows Farm or Pete’s Greens black garlic depending on availability & toasted black sesame seeds, finished with black Hawaiian sea salt to create an umami-rich bite.

Howard Prussack owns High Meadows Farm, Vermont’s oldest organic vegetable farm. It’s there that he grows German White Porcelain garlic, then cooks it for 250+ hours on low heat to bring out all of the sugars and create sweet, plummy, mellow black garlic. Pete’s Greens is a 4 season organic farm in Craftsbury Vermont who grows a wide variety of vegetables, including garlic.We blend the black garlic with Vermont dairy, bittersweet dark chocolate, and crunchy toasted black sesame seeds to highlight the complex flavors of our farmer partners’ delicious craft.

Chocolate bonbons are at their optimal flavor and texture if consumed within 2 weeks of their creation, and can be stored and enjoyed for up to 6 weeks. Store chocolate bonbons in a dark, cool, dry place, best temperatures between 60-70ºF.
