Howard Prussack owns High Meadows Farm, Vermont’s oldest organic vegetable farm. It’s there that he grows German White Porcelain garlic, then ferments it for 250+ hours on low heat to create sweet, plummy, mellow black garlic. We blend it with Vermont dairy, bittersweet dark chocolate, and crunchy toasted black sesame seeds to highlight the complex flavors of Howard’s delicious craft.
