Named for one of Vermont’s many seasons, our bark is an ode to muddy spring roads and maple syrup making.

Dark chocolate chunks with crisp Vermont maple nuggets, toasted pecans, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts and smoked sea salt, this crunchy, chocolate-y combination is so very satisfying.

Each compostable clear cello bag contains 4 oz of crispy, crunchy, chocolate hunks.


Our chocolate bonbons are made without preservatives and the freshest, finest ingredients, many sourced from the fields and forests of Vermont. With this in mind many are made to order, so please allow three to five business days for us to make them before we ship them out to you!

Chocolate bark pieces are at their best flavor & texture if consumed within 6 weeks of their creation. Store chocolate bonbons in a dark, cool, dry place, best temperatures between 60-75ºF.
