Our super rich and creamy chocolate mousse made fresh with local organic heavy cream from local Miller Farm, single origin Ecuadorian 65% dark chocolate and raw Vermont honey with seasonal garnishes (click on ingredients tab for list of current ingredients and garnishes, may not be as shown in the photo, but just as beautiful and delicious!).

More like a whipped ganache, our mousse is thick and fluffy and dense all at the same time, a real treat for a chocolate lover.

One 8 oz cup by volume/~6oz by weight of the good stuff per order. ORDER BY THURSDAY June 5 so we can make a fresh batch for this weekend!

Pickup is in person at our brick & mortar shop at 128 Main Street in Brattleboro FRIDAY JUNE 6 from 11am-7pm or SATURDAY JUNE 7 from 11am-5pm

Keep refrigerated. Mousse Chocolat will stay fresh for up to one week in the refrigerator, but be aware that we put A LOT of chocolate in it so the texture will get firmer as time goes by. For the fluffiest experience, enjoy within one day of purchase.
