This lovely collection features an assortment of beautiful bonbons to show appreciation for a special mother figure in your life, be they mother, guardian, mentor, teacher, nurturer, supporter, caregiver.
Each collection contains a chocolate bear with maple nuggets, heart chocolates with edible flowers, dried fruits, nuts and salts, and a varying selection from our best-selling classic bonbons.
Packaged in a handsome box tied with a burlap ribbon and bound with a slim ivory band that says Mama Bear Collection, and a guide to the flavors.
Medium boxes contain 8-10 pieces depending on bonbon shapes and sizes, and Large boxes 12-15 pieces.
Due to seasonality and availability, boxes may not include the exact pieces shown, but will be equally beautiful and delicious!
Our chocolate bonbons are made without preservatives and the freshest, finest ingredients, many sourced from the fields and forests of Vermont. With this in mind many are made to order, so please allow three to five business days for us to make them before we ship them out to you!
Chocolate Base Ingredients:
dark chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla)
milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa beans, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract)
white chocolate (refined sugar, cacao butter, cocoa beans, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soybeans)
May contain these other Ingredients: heavy cream, butter, maple syrup, maple sugar, maple fondant (maple syrup), smoked maple syrup, organic brown sugar, organic raw cane sugar, buttermilk, peanut butter (peanuts), raw honey, fermented organic garlic, dried black mission fig, walnuts, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, sesame seeds, mint leaf, basil leaf, cocoa powder, whiskey marmalade (fruit (oranges, lemons, water (to cook citrus)), cane sugar, SILO Distillery barrel aged Vermont bourbon whiskey), bee pollen, saffron, sea salts, baking soda.

Chocolate bonbons are at their optimal flavor and texture if consumed within 2 weeks of their creation, and can be stored and enjoyed for up to 6 weeks. Store chocolate bonbons in a dark, cool, dry place, best temperatures between 60-70ºF.
