This lovely collection features an assortment of 8 of our funky, savory, woodsy, umami chocolate bonbons in an array of adventurous flavors and textures to explore and savor.

Foraged mushrooms, maple and birch syrups, blueberries, wild foraged mint and spruce, and a variety of chocolates crafted in the form of bears, birds, rocks, a forest path and other delights send your tastebuds on a hike through a Vermont forest. Packaged in a handsome box bound with a slim ivory band and a guide to the flavors.

Each box measures approximately 3.75″ x 5.75″

Our chocolate bonbons are made without preservatives and the freshest, finest ingredients, many sourced from the fields and forests of Vermont. With this in mind many are made to order, so please allow three to five business days for us to make them before we ship them out to you!

dark chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla)
milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa beans, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract)
white chocolate (refined sugar, cacao butter, cocoa beans, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soybeans)
May contain these other Ingredients: heavy cream, butter, maple syrup, maple sugar, smoked maple syrup, organic brown sugar, organic raw cane sugar, buttermilk, peanut butter (peanuts), raw honey, walnuts, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, mint leaf, basil leaf, matcha green tea, cocoa powder, bee pollen, saffron, dried blueberry, dried juniper berry, sea salts.

Chocolate bonbons are at their optimal flavor and texture if consumed within 2 weeks of their creation, and can be stored and enjoyed for up to 6 weeks. Store chocolate bonbons in a dark, cool, dry place, best temperatures between 60-70ºF.
