Dar Tavernier-Singer: new works

When she’s not working in chocolate, Dar Tavernier-Singer merges art and craft, creating works in watercolor, ink, embroidery, scrimshaw, found objects and papers to create small, intimate worlds that weave history, biology, spirituality, literature, feminism, animism, and interior, dreamlike landscapes, exploring the interconnectedness between beings, places, and ideas.

Dar Tavernier Singer has studied art at various place including Ithaca College, San Francisco City College, The Museum School at Boston, and private study with faculty from the Jagiellonian University Kraków. Her work has been shown in San Francisco, Kraków, and Brattleboro Vermont.

The works on display are a new series she began working on in 2026, and other related works will be included that span 1997- 2010.
