We strive to create singular confections that not only taste extraordinarily delicious, but look beautiful. Our original recipes are inspired by what our nearby fields, farms, forests and farmers markets have to offer, and we explore earthy, often savory flavor combinations that are unique to our locale, using area-sourced ingredients as often as possible.
With an emphasis on the freshest seasonal, regional ingredients, global fruits and spices, unrefined raw cane sugar and natural sweeteners like Vermont raw honey and New England maple syrup, we use Northeastern sourced butter and Vermont cream, as well as the finest South American sourced couverture chocolate that we can find.

Small batch means we have the highest control over the quality of our creations. We do many processes by hand, from roasting and drying local aromatic fruits and herbs when in season, to grinding our own house made spice blends, to hand pouring and dipping all of our chocolates, to roasting our own coffee beans. Since they are made without added preservatives, eating our chocolates soon after we’ve made them ensures the best texture and flavor experience possible.

You can order a selection of our chocolates online. Please note that we do not ship our chocolates during the summer months of June through August due to warm temperatures.
