It’s a great opportunity to spend the evening with your loved one or a group of friends while supporting local producers and stores.

We’ll set up a pop-up shop and hang area in The Lounge at Duo Restaurant where you can sample and purchase chocolates, including boxed collections perfect for gifting or indulging. Ask us about chocolate pairings to go with the creative bartenders at Duo’s mixology, and hang out and sip a drink from their inspired menu while chilling to the sounds of a local DJ.  We are proud to be joined by Artisanal Cellars  who will be sampling a selection of their fantastic wines, featuring small production family owned wineries from around the world that frequently use organic, biodynamic and/or sustainable viticultural methods.

Provisions Grand Champagne Tasting // Saturday December 12 // 12-6pm // 30 Crafts Avenue Northampton MA…The Grand Champagne Tasting is without a doubt the event of the year with an unbeatable showcase of bubblies. Truly, this is a great and rare opportunity to try before you buy. Over the course of the day Provisions will be opening 50+ kinds of sparkling wine ranging from affordable and friendly to fine works of liquid art. French Champagne, Spanish Cava, Italian Proseccos, and other sparkling gems from around the world: the list goes on and on. We have no doubt that you’ll find the right bottles for your holiday celebrations.

In addition to sparkling wine, we will be joining fantastic cheese importers, Pondini, who will represent their dazzling selection of fromage for the entirety of the event. And because there’s never have enough phenomenal cheese, local favorites Spoonwood Cabin will be there from 12-3 with their soft cheeses that pair magically with sparkling wine. Later in the afternoon between 4-6, we will join everyone with their our gourmet Chocolate Charcuterie that pair deliciously with sparklers! Goodness. Gracious.

Second Annual Taste of Southern Vermont Saturday November 14 // 6-9 pm // Brattleboro Museum & Art Center….You don’t want to miss this celebration of local farm fresh food, brew and culinary talent!
